3 go-to travel workouts

Time to share a few workouts that can keep you going if you travel a lot, whether it’s a hotel room for work, or beach on holiday, you can take these easily with you for a sweaty 10-20 minutes guaranteed! What’s even better, the whole family can get involved too as everything can be adapted.

Fiver Workout

Love them or hate them, burpees, sit ups and squats are great body work exercises that need no equipment and just enough space to fit a workout mat.

Every minute, on the minute:

  • 5 Burpees

  • 5 Sit Ups

  • 5 Air Squats

Repeat for 20 minutes.

Twenty Workout

Test your arms with this one.

  • 20 second plank hold (on forearms)

  • 20 second boat pose hold

  • 20 sit ups

  • 20 burpees

Now repeat 9 more times.

Tenner Workout

  • 10 bench dips (you can do these on the side of a bed, wall, chair)

  • 10 air squats

  • 10 down and ups

  • 10 lunges each leg

  • 10 high knees

  • 10 push ups

Now repeat until 20 minutes is up.
