Chris has really helped me change my eating habits. I have tried every diet you could think off but nothing has ever really worked in the long term. Chris is supportive, practical and highly knowledgeable. I feel confident in my body and my eating habits. 

Chris is always quick to focus on the areas that will make the most difference in the most sustainable and achievable way, whether that be nutrition, training or both. He is always available to talk things through and ensure that things are working as they should, and if not talk through what’s not working and how we can better be successful together. Why personal coaching?

To progress to RX movement standards and to progress in general.

Achievements & progress?

Kipping pulls ups and linking kipping pull ups. Linking and bigger sets of toes to bar, and RX hand stand press ups. Snatch PB as I gained strength, endurance and confidence. Feeling happier about my accomplishments; celebrate small wins/what I can do, and to set achievable goals.
