Why personal coaching?

Despite training hard and trying to lose weight it simply was not moving so I asked Chris to help me with my nutrition and also with my training, to try and increase my mobility.

 

Achievements & progress?

Quite amazing results on the nutrition where I`m actually eating more than before and losing weight, as mad as it sounds!!! Also great strides forward with my mobility.

 

What did you enjoy?

All of it. The training was hard but I felt that I was learning more at each session and making improvements throughout.
